Mobility by Stephen

 

My name is Stephen Hoppy, and I am the owner of Mobility by Stephen.  I have been unable to drive a standard vehicle for more years than I can count.  I Always had to depend on van services, or family to get me around.  Always frustrated because I couldn't get around on my own, just to do the simple things like Dr's Appts, grocery store, etc.  When I looked into Mobility Vans, and even just adding hand controls to a standard car, their was always red tape and high prices.

 

I struggled with using my manual wheelchair to get me in and out of my car.  In researching what was available to me, their were so many different options, and vehicles to choose from.  It was frustrating and time consuming, and made me realize that there was a need for people in my position that was not being filled.  It can take up to 4 months before you recieve your modified conversion van from the dealer.  

 

I wanted a faster, easier, and more affordable way so that everyone who needs a modified van or car can get one.  After researching  this for 2 years, I have come up with a program designed to fit these needs.  With the help and experience of my good friend EJ Dulina, who has been in the business of modified vans for years, we decided to pull our knowledge and resources together, and build this company.
